Welcome
The Northbridge Cricket Club (NCC), founded in 1919, is the oldest surviving cricket club in the Northern Suburbs Cricket Association (NCSA). Fielding teams across a number of grades, we cater for players of various abilities, with the emphasis on competition, participation and enjoyment.
Season 2010/2011 was another great one for the 'Bridge, with five teams competing across the main and One Day competitions. Northbridge fielded teams in A, B, B1, C & C1 grades as well as a pre-season T20 team. The A grade team won their One Day competition, the B1 team reached the grand final of their One Day competition and the A & B grade teams reached the semi-final of their main competitions. The C and C1 teams continued to impress and played all games with enthusiasm and spirit.
Northbridge is now seeking new recruits for the 2011/2012 regular season. If you would like to know more please check out the Players Wanted! page.
Season 2011/2012 Playing Fees - Early Bird Discount extended until 19 Oct 2011 |

Given that the majority of returning players already have several playing shirts, and there are a few left over playing shirts from the 2010/11 season order, it was suggested that all merchandise costs be stripped out of player fees for this year.
Any player wishing to purchase a shirt or hat can simply order and pay at cost on top of regular player fees, which will allow playing fees to be kept low.
The club has been successful in fund raising last year and wished to pass on the benefit of this fund raising activity to members who are prompt in paying fees for the upcoming year. We are offering a substantial discount if fees are paid prior to the 19th of October 2011 with the playing fees for the 2011/12 year noted as follows:
1. Full year player fees of $225 per player or $150 for Uni student / High School students when paid by direct credit into the Northbridge bank account.
2. If members wish to pay via Paypal an additional $10 is to be charged on the above fees will be charged so $235 and $160. This is due to extra charges levied by Paypal to process payments.
If fees are paid after the 19th of October 2011, they will increase by approximately 25% to $280 per player and $190 for students, again with a $10 surcharge if paid via Paypal ($290 and $200).
Casual player payment will be $20 per game.
